Crosstalk-aware routing

Crosstalk-aware routing. Each victim net picks up crosstalk from the aggressor nets beside it, and coupling over the limit corrupts the signal.

• Every net under the crosstalk limit - click a net to cycle its routing: default, extra spacing (halves the coupling, costs one track), or a grounded shield (cuts it to a fifth, costs two tracks).
• Extra tracks within budget - shielding everything would blow the routing budget, so shield only the nets where spacing is not enough and space the rest.

Bring every net under the limit within budget, then Submit design.
