Skew balancing (delay matching)

Skew balancing (delay matching). The clock reaches the sinks at different times. Add delay on the early branches to lift them up to the latest sink.

• Skew under target - click an edge to add a delay buffer on it, which lifts every sink below it. Balance the early paths up until all sinks arrive together.
• Latency in budget - do not lift past the budget.
• Delay on a higher, shared edge lifts many sinks at once, so prefer it over padding each leaf: use the fewest delay buffers.

Balance the arrivals, then Submit design.
